The Engagement Fee: $5,000 (One-time, non-refundable)
This retainer initiates your partnership with TeacherCare and includes two key deliverables, regardless of who you ultimately hire:

The Neuro-Pathway Audit: A 90-minute deep-dive consultation with our Executive Director to map your child’s current developmental needs against the VISION™ Framework.

The Family Learning Plan: A bespoke strategic document outlining the specific teacher profile, daily rhythms, and environmental adjustments required to unlock your child’s potential.

The Executive Search: The immediate launch of a targeted recruitment campaign to identify the top 1% of educators who match your specific profile.
Our Commitment to You: Should you choose to hire a candidate through us, 100% of this fee is credited toward your final placement success fee.
02. The Successful Placement
Performance-Based Results
We are invested in the long-term success of this match. Our placement fee is contingent entirely upon results—you pay only when you have successfully hired the perfect educator for your family.
The Placement Fee: 25% of First-Year Compensation (Due only upon successful hire)
This fee covers the extensive vetting, background analysis, and credential verification of your TeacherCaregiver. It ensures you are hiring a professional whose qualifications have been rigorously stress-tested.

100% Credited: Your initial $5,000 Engagement Fee is deducted from this final amount.

Lifetime Strategy Credit: If we cannot find a match that meets your standards within the initial search window, your Engagement Fee never expires. It remains as a lifetime credit on your account, available whenever you are ready to resume your search.

- Access to the top 1% of vetted educator candidates based on a personalized educator search
- Custom lesson plans created by candidates for your family
- Facilitated interview process, including virtual and in-home meetings
- Offer negotiation support, transition coaching, and onboarding
- Launch resources and optional post-placement support
- Director support, upon request, for the lifetime of your placement.
Guarantee: If the match does not work within the first 100 days, TeacherCare will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
