Who We Work With
TeacherCare works with a select group of educators who bring both professional skill and personal integrity to their work with children and families. Families we work with value educators as trusted partners and welcome their professional insight in shaping daily learning experiences. TeacherCare works with a limited number of educators each year in order to ensure thoughtful placement and long-term alignment.
TeacherCare works with educators who view childhood as a time for curiosity, independence, and thoughtful learning. Educators in our network often have 5-15 years of experience in areas such as:
• Montessori or Reggio Emilia-inspired education
• Early childhood development from infancy through preschool
• Private teaching or homeschool support
• Educational nanny roles integrating care and learning
• Bilingual education or cultural immersion
• Literacy, executive function, or enrichment support

Many educators remain connected with TeacherCare throughout their careers as new opportunities arise. TeacherCare placements vary widely depending on the needs of each family. Examples include:
Early Childhood Educator – Supporting development from infancy through preschool through language-rich environments, exploration, and early learning experiences.
Educator-Nanny – Integrating attentive care with play-based learning, creativity, and developmental guidance.
Private Teacher – Supporting homeschool or hybrid education through individualized instruction and learning design.

Compensation varies depending on the scope of the role, schedule, travel expectations, and experience required. Many TeacherCare placements range from $90,000 to $180,000+ annually, depending on the position.

TeacherCare private teachers provide an ultra-personalized Montessori-inspired approach.
