Placement Fee: 25% of your educator’s first-year gross salary (includes a 3% Enrollment Retainer, which unlocks your Family Learning Plan and launches your educator search).

- Access to the top 1% of vetted educator candidates based on a personalized educator search
- Custom lesson plans created by candidates for your family
- Facilitated interview process, including virtual and in-home meetings
- Offer negotiation support, transition coaching, and onboarding
- Launch resources and optional post-placement support
- Director support, upon request, for the lifetime of your placement.
Guarantee: If the match does not work in the first 6 months, TeacherCare provides a replacement at no additional cost
