Every TeacherCare educator agrees to uphold the highest professional and personal standards.
Before placement, all educators sign our Professional Agreement, which outlines the shared commitments below:

TeacherCare families entrust us with their homes, their children, and their dreams. Educators commit to strict confidentiality and the highest ethical conduct in every interaction. - Professional Excellence
TeacherCare educators bring expertise in early childhood, Montessori, Reggio, Waldorf, special education, or advanced teaching methods. They integrate developmental insight with creativity, curiosity, and warmth in every lesson and routine. - Whole-Child Development
We believe education is about nurturing intellect and heart. Educators model kindness, patience, and respect — supporting emotional intelligence, independence, and self-expression. - Reliability & Partnership
Consistency builds trust. Educators agree to clear communication, punctuality, and ongoing collaboration with families and TeacherCare Directors to ensure every placement remains strong and joyful. - Growth & Reflection

The TeacherCare Agreement
All approved educators complete the TeacherCare Educator Agreement prior to placement. This formalizes the commitments above and includes additional terms of confidentiality, professionalism, and partnership with the families you serve.
