How does the retained engagement model work?
TeacherCare operates on a retained search model. A $5,000 engagement fee initiates the search and is credited toward the final placement fee. This structure allows us to dedicate senior-level strategy, targeted outreach, and rigorous vetting to your family’s search from the outset.
What level of investment should we anticipate for a private teacher or educator-nanny?
Professional private teachers and educator-nannies typically earn between $90,000 and $150,000+ annually, depending on scope, location, and schedule. We provide guidance to ensure compensation aligns with market standards and attracts top-tier educators.
