What can we expect from the initial consultation?

This is a focused, high-level discussion to help us understand how your child learns, how your home operates, and your goals for the future.

We’ll look at:

  • your child’s current stage and development
  • your family’s schedule and expectations
  • whether a private educator is the right solution, or if a different structure would serve you better

The goal is clarity. Most families leave this conversation with a clearer sense of direction, even before taking the next step.

Because hiring the right educator starts with defining the role correctly.

Most families begin by searching for a person. We begin by helping you design the environment you want the person to step into.

The Family Learning Blueprint allows us to:

  • clarify how your child should be learning and developing at home
  • define the structure, rhythm, and expectations of the role
  • ensure alignment between your family and the educator before any introductions are made

This is why our placements tend to be more stable, more aligned, and more effective over time.

The next step is the Family Learning Blueprint.

This is a private strategy engagement where we work closely with you to design how your child will learn, how your home environment should function, and what the right educator needs to bring.

Once this is defined, we begin a focused, retained search and introduce a small number of highly aligned candidates.

This approach ensures that every introduction is intentional—not exploratory.

Our process is structured in five stages:

  1. Consultation — A no-fee conversation to assess alignment and determine whether we’re the right fit.
  2. Family Learning Blueprint™ — A fixed engagement where we design your child’s learning environment and define the role of your educator. This also initiates your search.
  3. Search – Targeted outreach and rigorous vetting for your family’s unique needs and goals from the outset.
  4. Placement — A placement fee based on first-year compensation, less your initial engagement.
  5. Support – Ongoing advisory and Foundational Set included in the placement fee

This structure ensures that strategy comes first—and that every placement is built on a clear foundation.

Professional private teachers and educator-nannies typically earn between $95,000 and $150,000+ annually, depending on scope, location, and schedule. We provide guidance to ensure compensation aligns with market standards and attracts top-tier educators.

We work best with families who view in-home education as a strategic investment and value long-term partnership. Our clients are typically seeking more than childcare or traditional education systems allow; they are seeking a thoughtful, highly qualified educator who can support their child’s intellectual, emotional, and character development within the home.
