Personal Teachers, Child Specialists, and Educational Nannies Register Now.

Are you looking for more than a typical nanny or daycare center?

We’ve been helping families find personal teachers and educational nannies for 20 years. During that time, we’ve developed unique systems to identify exceptional private teachers and educational nannies. All teacher and nanny candidates posses a bachelor’s degree and have several years of experience working with children, generally in the classroom or a large group setting. After our intensive screening procedures, about 4% of applicants are chosen to represent TeacherCare. Learn more about our selection process for teachers and education nannies here.

We have had nannies before, but none compared to our TeacherCaregiver, Kelly. We never realized how much of a difference an expert in child care could bring to our family. We have 3 children, ages 2, 4, and 7. Kelly would do arts and crafts, reading, puzzles, and music with Josh, then go get Joey from his half day daycare. The three of them would explore parks, museums, nature, and do other amazing activities I never would have thought of. As an example of how amazing Kelly was, I got home early from work one day. Kelly was with the kids preparing a snack.  Candace, my oldest, was measuring, and figuring out how to double a recipe. Joey was practicing reading the recipe, and the Josh was stirring. It was amazing to watch, like magic.

As a new mother, I was very worried when it was time to return back to work after my maternity leave. My son, Jacob, was premature, which made the situation even more stressful. TeacherCare was able to find an amazing nanny, Celeste, for my son. Celeste was formerly a daycare teacher, so she was well versed in child development. She worked on Jocob’s physical development from day 1, getting him comfortable with tummy time, getting him to reach for toys, cooing and singing right back to him. She made me feel like everything would be perfectly fine when I left for work in the morning. My son is now 2 years old, talking up a storm, loves reading, running, climbing, and playing. We thank Celeste for these achievements.
