Developmental Responsibilities

• Sensitively guiding the children through means of positive interaction, careful assessment, creative problem solving and appropriate modeling.
• Planning enrichment activities that promote the physical, emotional, intellectual and social development of the child/children, focusing on the child's/children's unique needs, gifts and interests.
• Nurturing feelings of security by planning daily cuddle/read/talk time with the child/children.
• Communicating with parents about newly learned skills, specific problems, developments, etc., typically through "The Learning Moments Daily Communicator" provided in our TC Activity Book.

Custodial Responsibilities

• Planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks for child/children.
• Providing transportation to play groups, appointments, field trips, or other socializing and enrichment activities.
• Maintaining order in child's home areas.
